Restarting Lean in Europe visits
Getting back to the Gemba with PakMarkas. After a 3-year absence, the EU-Japan Centre restarted its Lean in Europe visits to facilitate the sharing of ideas and discussions around lean and improvement with a visit to Lithuania.
Upcoming World Class Manufacturing (WCM) In Japan
After 2 years of online renditions due to Covid, the World Class Manufacturing training course is finally back to physical missions to Japan. The course will give its participants a detailed understanding of Kaizen approaches through lectures, workshops and Japanese company visits.

From 2020 to 2022 with the suspension of the physical Lean in Europe visits during the COVID pandemic, the EU-Japan Centre organised 12 "Lean Café" webinars - providing a platform for lean enthusiasts to discuss and share good practice. Once it became possible to resume physical visits, the Lean Café 'closed'.
