4月19日、GLOBE Japan(地球環境国際議員連盟)会合で、弊センター専務理事の田辺靖雄がCBAM(炭素国境調整メカニズム)に関して講演いたしました。

「CBAM: EU policy venture」のテーマで、

・最大排出国である中国にEUはどう対処するのか？

・EU提案に対して米国の反応はどうか？

・外国で生産された製品の炭素排出量をどのように計るのか？

・金融上の開示要求であるScope3まで含めたカーボンフットプリントのデータとどのような関係になるか？

等、活発な質疑がありました。
