Since 2018, we've been creating organic French spirits with a unique personality in Bergerac, Dordogne. All our spirit recipes: meads, gins, liqueurs and vodkas are enriched with that extra bit of soul, a touch of our Erica Heather Honey produced by Paul, our “happy ”culteur. We develop all the recipes for our delicious beverages by hand and select all our botanicals and noble products from local producers. We respect the cycle of the seasons and try to ensure that everything we do serves the development of our region. Beekeeping, Paul's vocation, has become a real mission for ERIKA SPIRIT. Creating the unexpected from all the riches produced by bees is what drives us every day! Our priority is to give meaning to everything we produce and, above all, to do it well!
