Polyfloral honey is obtained from the nectar of several types of flowers. Its color and aroma vary depending on the predominant type of flower. In general, polyfloral honey is considered the most complex type of honey, incorporating nectar from dozens, if not hundreds of plant species.

Rape honey is a less sweet honey but with a specific, unmistakable smell. It quickly crystallizes in a few days after being extracted, being very rich in glucose. It has a pale yellow to white color. 

For its fragrant aroma and its distinctive taste, acacia honey is the most popular honey product on the external market. A golden yellow color with a thick or viscous consistency, this type of honey crystallizes very slowly. Poor in Glucose but rich in Fructose, acacia honey is very easily assimilated in the body as a very good source of energy.
