The 23rd Lean in Europe visit was a double visit to Škoda's Lean Centre and to LEGO’s packing facility near Prague in the Czech Republic.
It took place on Tuesday, 16 & Wednesday 17 July 2019 and included an evening discussion, moderated by Prof. Richard Keegan, around how the participants' companies capture, process and use data to capture value (see thumbnail picture at the bottom of this page).
