Since 1987, the 'Get Ready for Japan' programme (previously called the 'Human Resources Training Programme') has given European companies the knowledge and tools to succeed in Japan. GRF is organised twice yearly:
- in June/July (application period usually around March-April)
- in October/November (application period usually around June-August)
