On September 6th 2017, the EU-Japan Centre and Japan Space Systems organized a symposium on the Space Industry, following the adoption of the EU Space Strategy in October 2016 and Japan Space Industry Vision 2030 in May 2017. In this symposium, the respective authorities discussed their future vision of the Space industry and presented case studies of programs which are offered to the public to promote further entry to the downstream application sector.
