Japan has its own company registration system, the Business registry. If you are registered as a company in Japan you should submit a copy of the Certificate of registered matter (登記事項証明書)
Assuming that your company is not yet registered in Japan, you should submit a similar document issued by the legal authority in your country, in charge of business registration, such as the company registry or trade registry.
