On November 14, Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for the tender concerning "Support services to obtain ISO 20121 certification". The contract was won by Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC. As usual, the organising committee did not make public how many other companies took part in the competition.
