From 2020 to 2022 with the suspension of the physical Lean in Europe visits during the COVID pandemic, the EU-Japan Centre organised 12 "Lean Café" webinars - providing a platform for lean enthusiasts to discuss and share good practice. Once it became possible to resume physical visits, the Lean Café 'closed'. Most of the sessions were recorded. To watch a recording of the discussion (where available) please click on the relevant link.
