The ninth LEAN in Europe Driving Competitiveness visit was to Rottapharm Meda in Ireland and took place on Thursday, 09 March 2016 with a preparatory lecture and networking dinner organized on the previous evening. The Gemba tour focussed on the history of the Company and the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance at each level of production lines. 21 participants from 7 countries attended the mission.
