The 10th visit in the LEAN in Europe Driving Competitiveness series took place on Friday, 23 September. The first stop was the FCA WCM Academy in Torino (Italy). That was followed by a tour of the Maserati Plant in Grugliasco. A total of 27 people (14 nationalities) took part in the visit. During the preparatory meeting held the previous evening, the participants were set an exercise by the EU-Japan Centre's WCM advisor - Prof. Richard Keegan of Trinity College, Dublin and Enterprise Ireland.
