Overview
In the booming industry of unmanned maritime vessels, discussions on legal issues, particularly in relation to potential liabilities have become prominent. In drawing the two subject areas of unmanned maritime vessels and GNSS together, the seminar will provide an opportunity to discuss the latest outlook from Japan and the EU.
Examining recent developments in Europe, Japan and Internationally, the seminar is intended for lawyers, ship owners, shipbuilders, insurers, P&I clubs, seafarers, investors, businesses, policy makers, investors and businesses to discuss potential and current issues in the development of unmanned maritime vessels and GNSS.
As technology is developing faster than legislation, it will also be an opportunity for EU and Japanese businesses to discuss concerns as well as opportunities for future collaboration.
