本セミナーは、地域間協力の実例に焦点をあて、ベスト・プラクティスを明らかにし、経験を共有することにより、各分野における地域間協力に関心を寄せる欧州と日本双方の地域の方々に役立てていただくことを目的に開催しました。当日は、地域間協力へのニーズと期待、チャンスと課題を明らかにし、あわせて協力事業においてパートナーとWin-winの関係になるために用いることのできる制度やプログラムについて議論しました。
