Do you want to accelerate the transparency, quality and smoothness of strategic planning with Japanese partners?

In this webinar, we will discuss strategy and strategic planning between European and Japanese organisations. The popular literature on cross-cultural management focuses on cultural differences up-front at the neglect of the actual business challenges. One such challenge, about which the literature is largely silent, concerns a matter of paramount importance to many European companies: how to align strategy with Japanese counterparts. This webinar aims to provide an understanding of how strategy and planning in itself is differently perceived and worked with in Japan and Europe. The following discussion will introduce ways in which European companies can align their strategy planning with that of their Japanese partners.

The webinar is targeted to EU companies seeking a fresh perspective on how to align strategy with Japanese partners.
