Feedback from previous Biotech Cluster Support mission's participants:
"I found the mission extremely useful. While not new to Japanese culture I have learned a lot about Japanese economy and industry. The centre provided excellent support in the introduction to biotech/pharma in Japan, providing cultural backgrounds and support in organising meetings and the stay in Japan." - Nicolas Schauer, Managing Director, Metabolomic Discoveries
"This mission was very instructive and I got a better insight about the habits and ways how to do business in Japan. It certainly was a very meaningful experience for me. Furthermore, it was nice to meet and interact with the other participants of this mission - how they deal with the challenges of running and expanding their businesses." - Frank Leemhuis, Managing Director, Mercachem
"The EU-Japan Centre's mission to Japan was for Remembrane the first step in the Japan biotech ecosystem. The objectives were to understand the Japanese culture and way of thinking and to discover how the Japanese biotech sector works. The program built by the EU-Japan Centre provided a perfect match with these objectives, with state of the art conferences and on-site visits, offering a unique opportunity to benchmark Japanese companies and initiate promising perspectives for company to company collaborations." - Alexandros Chatgilialoglu, CEO, Remembrane Srl
