About the Presentation
This presentation will introduce EU business managers to several ideas and techniques which they will need to master in order to communicate effectively with Japanese people. Over the course of five e-learning videos, viewers will learn how to communicate effectively with Japanese over the phone, in a business meeting context, via written communication, and how to give effective presentations to Japanese audiences. By familiarising yourselves with these e-learning videos, you will take a small but important step towards the realisation of your prospective business venture in Japan.
