Several foreign insurance companies have entered the Japanese market over the years. In contrast to the life insurance market where foreign companies have a combined market share of about 20%, the corresponding share for foreign non-life insurance companies in Japan is only about 6%. Various challenges have slowed down a stronger presence. The emergence of three domestic mega groups is one large factor behind this.
The webinar is targeted to European companies that need information on the Japanese non-life insurance market including potential business segments.
