Bi-annual, the 5-day training course in Japan for EU Managers and Executives working for manufacturing companies. The mission aims to help participants gain an in-depth knowledge of Japan’s world-class production methods and manufacturing principles. The training programme consists of lectures, company visits and workshops. Top European decision-makers are able to visit some of the world’s most advanced Japanese factories in order to understand the real "Gemba" (production site), talk directly with their production managers, and observe the effective implementation of manufacturing methods.
