Target: EU managers with an engineering background, who work in manufacturing companies and have some knowledge of WCM practices.
Location: Japan
The programme provides:
• In-depth analysis of Japanese manufacturing methodology
• Lectures, seminars and panel discussions, presented by experts from Japanese industry
• Company and factory floor (Gemba) visits
• Preparation and post-visit reviews
Special support for SMEs: No tuition fee and participants from SMEs can apply for a grant of EUR 600 to partially cover their living expenses.
