Sphere Fluidics is a British Life Sciences company founded in 2010. Over the past few years, the company has developed many patented products in the biopharmaceutical sector such as biochips systems and single cell analysis systems. In October 2016, Sphere Fluidics' CEO, Dr Frank F. Craig, participated in the EU-Japan Centre's Biotech Cluster/SME mission in Japan organised in concert with BioJapan Expo. The mission consisted of a 2-day training and the 3-day BioJapan Expo where participants could attend B2B meetings and meet with potential Japanese customers and/or investors. Targeting Japan was therefore an opportunity for growth to their business as well as a way to strengthen relations with their major investor.
