The EU-Japan Centre launches the EU-Japan Technology Transfer Helpdesk, a new service which aims at being a reference for those who are interested in searching for available technologies from both Japan and the EU, as well as becoming a useful source in technology-transfer related provisions and practice. The service is backed by a web portal http://www.eu-jp-tthelpdesk.eu, which provides general information about intellectual property rights, their management, and possible monetization options.
The service is targeted at European and Japanese companies, universities and research institutions, as well as individuals which seek to find and acquire technologies in seven main technology areas:
Webinars, videos, presentations and articles on the website are intended to make this new service a ‘must-see’ for implementing open innovation practices within EU and Japanese companies.
