This report provides an overview of trade relations between the EU and Japan in the period 2008-2012. The report begins by analysing Japanese trade with the EU as a whole and then provides a country-by-country analysis of trade between Japan and individual EU member states. The report focuses on primarily on the balance of trade between Japan, the EU and its constituent member states, and also provides a breakdown of goods traded between Japan and EU by category (i.e. chemicals, manufactured goods, food and livestock, etc.) in each case.
