The application of foodtech spans across a number of industries, including food science and the food service industry; it involves innovation at every stage of the food value chain.
The aim of this report is to assess the current status of the evolving foodtech sector in Japan. The report provides valuable insights into where the market is developing, which companies are the front runners, future prospects and is targeting EU-based small- and mid-sized companies that are manufacturing foodtech-related products and are seeking to enter the Japanese market or those aiming at strengthening their current position in Japan.
