About the Report
This report by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation analyses recent trend in the Japanese wine market. In particular, it discusses the recent surge in growth in Japan's domestic wine market since 2010, as well as the division of the Japanese wine market between traditional high-end European producers, "new world" producers (i.e. Chile) and Central and Eastern European producers. This report also evaluates the potential for further growth within this promising sector.
